Order Processing & Shipping

 

 

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Time: After processing, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

  • A brief message

  • A clear photo (if applicable)

 

 

We’ll review your concern and may offer a solution such as store credit or a replacement item at our discretion.

 

 

 

 

Order Cancellations

 

 

We allow cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After that time, orders are being processed and cannot be changed or canceled.

 

 

 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

 

Once your order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” or delayed due to postal issues. We recommend contacting your local post office or shipping carrier directly for assistance.
